Charming atmosphere and cute staff made it cozy.
We were disappointed to find no tea or coffee facilities in the room, which would have been a lovely touch for afternoon relaxation. The breakfast offerings were unsatisfactory, with the same stale bread rolls every day. Although the beds were pushed together, we continued to receive separate duvets, made sleeping comfortably a challenge.

Clean place with brilliant staff and pleasant view onto the garden. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus a small balcony and a large desk. Market area, very central location not far from the fort / castle as well as the old town square and the Nuernberg Christmas market. Easy walk to Imperial Castle. Nice and excellent hotel for one night, highly recommended...

Staff showed a helpful attitude throughout our visit. The location made it easy to explore Nuremberg castle, just a short walk away. We enjoyed the small balcony overlooking a park. The room had no tea or coffee facilities was good. Although the beds were pushed together, we received separate duvets, challenging to sleep comfortably. The breakfast selection was decent, but it could benefit from more variety, as we found the bread rolls a bit stale on occasion. Despite these hiccups, we'd consider returning.

Breakfasts were tasty and great.
Location: the hotel was right by the major attractions of the city, like the Kaiserburg and the Altdstadthof Brauerei, where a number of underground tour of the city are organized, the tram and train and the Christmas Market and nearby bars and restaurants.

The soup is awesome, bursting with flavors that'll make your taste buds dance! After savouring amazing meals, the room was comfy, with a great park view from the balcony, so you can unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, the location is prime, a stone's throw from the castle!
The ambiance hit a snag with flickering hallway lights upon our arrival.

The guest room I got was complete with comfortable beds, terrace, balcony. Shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were very handy.

In my five months travelling Europe this was undoubtedly the worst hotel I stayed in. It was also one of the most expensive. The major problem was that the old-fashioned water heaters in the room did not work. This meant there was no hot water for either the shower or the sink. The hot water tap in the sink didn’t even turn. Despite this the hotel refused me any sort of compensation, even claiming that they thought the hot water did work, without accompanying me to the room to test it. They did not call in a plumber. The sink, located in the main room not the bathroom, also had a plug that stuck, so you couldn’t drain the water. Additional problems included the extremely worn carpet, very run-down fittings and furniture, a tiny old box tv with a non-working remote stuck together with sticky-tape, a dangerous old hinge-based system to open the window and balcony door, a rude maid who banged on the door repeatedly despite the “do not disturb” sign and, at one point, told me I had to “get out” so she could clean the room, a reception that closed at 9pm, no lift in my half of the hotel, and a slow wireless internet service with an overly complex connection system. They also charge your card as soon as you book, not when you check-out. The very expensive room- rate for a tiny single room did not even include breakfast, which was an additional 9 Euros. The location is good, but on the edge of the Altstadt, so be prepared for a long walk from the Hauptbahnhof or, better yet, stay somewhere else – anywhere else!

The experience was dreadful. My room was tiny and the shower drain was blocked. What surprised me most was that i wasn't offered even a complimentary bottle of water after carrying my bags up three flights of stairs. I almost considered writing a good review, but i just couldn't, given the utter lack of attention to detail.

In one room the shower wasn´t working at all. The toilets are at list 40 years old. The rating of Booked.net was extremely high in compare with others hotels, moreover in Germany

The only benefit of this hotel is its location in the center of the city.
The room was very dirty. Old and dirty facilities in the bathroom (including hair in the bathtube). Additional beds for children were not provided for both of our two families, despite they had been requested during booking. There was no elevator in our part of the building and we lived on the fourth floor.

Really excellent central situation. Secure car park available at small extra cost and easy walk of the hotel. Breakfasts excellent and city tourists sites all easy to get to. The Nurnberg two day ticket is worth getting especially staying here as so easy to get around.

Great location, 10 minute walk to old town and 1 block from the castle.
We were there for 4 nights and the internet did not work, they let us use the hotels in the office area and gave us free breakfast. They were very nice about everything.
